Job Description

Join Vantage Data Centers as a NOC Technician and be the first line of support for our customers.

Position Summary

Monitor data center infrastructure and customer systems 24/7, responding to alerts and ensuring maximum uptime.

Duties

  • Monitor network and infrastructure systems using various tools
  • Respond to alerts and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform remote hands support for customers
  • Document incidents and maintain runbooks
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on issue resolution

    • Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in NOC or IT operations
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
