Job Description

QTS Data Centers seeks a Security Manager to oversee physical security operations across our facilities.

Lead the security team in maintaining the highest standards of physical security for our critical infrastructure.

Manage security officer teams across multiple shifts

Develop and implement security policies and procedures

Conduct security assessments and audits

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services

Oversee access control and surveillance systems

7+ years of security experience, preferably in critical infrastructure

Management experience required

Knowledge of access control systems and CCTV

Security certifications (CPP, PSP) preferred

Must be able to obtain government clearance
